What is a good but inexpensive white wine to pair with seafood pasta?

I am making my husband a nice dinner tonight for his birthday. We have a new baby so we are on a budget. I would like to spend about $10 a bottle (give or take a few dollars). I don’t know anything about wine, so if you could help me out with a good one to pair with a shrimp linguini, that would be great. Thanks!
